Message board

 

Here is a cute little message board I made last year for my daughters room.  I don't have any pics of the process but it went something like this.

**frame, paint,  fabric, ribbon, buttons. 

 

- Purchased a large wooden frame from the thrift store, paint it.

-threw the glass away

-pick some fabric and iron it

-if possible use spray adhesive to hold the fabric in place first. ( I didn't have any)

-use ribbon and start in the corner, use a ruler to make them spaced evenly.  don't glue the ribbon down you want to be able to tuck pictures in it.

-glue down where the ribbons intersect, and put a cute button on it.

 

pretty simple and inexpensive too.
