Cute Ruffley Shirt apron

I know I posted shirt aprons a while ago but this one turned out so cute with the ruffles on it.  Be sure to use a nice sturdy shirt and not a limp raggy one that you might find.  This one was in the thrift store but it was like new. Easy to make. It is a "no wrinkle" fabric too! A good find.
