FIFTEEN GRAIN BREAD

15 Grain Bread
Makes 3 loaves

3  1/2  cups hot water
½ cup sunflower seeds
1/6 cup Sesame seeds
1/6 cup millet
1/6 cup amaranth grain
1/6 cup flax
½ cup 10 Grain Cereal
½ cup 10 Grain Rolled Cereal
¼ cup Gluten
1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup Canola Oil
1 ½ Tblsp Saf yeast
2 tsp. Salt

Mix gently
Add
whole wheat flour
until it cleans the side of the bowl. Knead 8 minutes in bread mixer (Bosh or Kitchen Aid etc.) If kneading by hand, knead until soft and pliable. The key is to keep it pretty soft.
Let it raise until double in size in a warm place, punch it down and let it raise again.
Form into 3 medium loaves or two large loaves using canola oil on the bread board instead of flour when you form the loaves. and rise until above the pans but not double in size.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

This will be soft and delicious and healthy too.

Note- I bought the grains at Fred Meyer and the 10 Grain cereals are “Bob's Red Mill”.  Special thanks to my daughter, Meri Kay for the basic recipe and encouragement.
