Here is a great yummy energy bite and it is healthy too. A great gift for a friend who is counting their carbs.
Mix:
1 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup Raisins (or chocolate chips)
1/2 cup natural Peanut Butter
1/4 cup ground flaxseed
1/3 cup sweetner (or agave or honey)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 TBLSP warm water (not neccessary if you use agave or honey)
Make balls and refrigerate to set.
Makes 12 large balls.
