Simple Classy Apron from drapery samples.

This darling apron is so easy, fun  and fast.  It is made with two drapery samples the bottom one is longer than the top.  I just sewed the two together and threaded the ribbon throught the gromets.  Then I tapered the bib of the apron as shown.

Lastly, I top stiched the ribbon on the front of the apron just to keep it from pulling out when being laundered. these two samples are cotton. If you are not sure if they will wash just wet them and put them in your dryer and the fabric will tell you if it will be good and washable for an apron. You can buy this much drapery fabric cheap but samples have the gromets for extra fun.
