Peanut Butter Pecan Breakfast Bars
Preheat oven to
350 degrees
Mix together in
a bowl-
2 ½ cups regular
rolled oats
¼ tsp. baking
Powder
¼ cup brown sugar
½ tsp. Salt
½ cup raisins or chocolate chips
½ cup chopped pecans
In a sauce pan, on medium heat
combine-
1 banana Mashed
1/3 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup maple syrup or sugar free syrup
2T almond milk
Add to dry mixture an stir it well.
Spread it in a rectangle on a parchment lined cookie sheet.
Bake about 20 minutes. Let cool and
then cut into bars. Store them in a plastic container with a lid.
