Chocolate Chip Cookies Surprise

There is a secret ingredient in these cookies and they are soooo good.!

CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES SURPRISE

3 1/3 Cups Flour

1 ½ tsp. Soda

3 Tblsp. Cornstarch

¼ tsp. Salt

Mix above ingredients in a bowl

In a mixer add

½ cup butter

1 cup Crisco

1 1/2 Cups packed brown sugar

½ tsp. Vanilla

3 large eggs

Mix all together. Add flour and mix.

Add 2 ½ cups chocolate chips

bake 375. Bake 375 degrees 8-10 minutes.

Always, when baking cookies just bake one sample first and if it stays in the same shape it has too much flour and you can fix that by dipping your fingers in water and just pressing them down before they are baked. . They will be perfect. If they are lacy then just add a little more flour. The humidity of the day has an effect on the cookies plus the size of the eggs and etc. so try one first.

The secret ingredient is....just cornstarch and a little more sugar! It makes them great!
