Table runners can be easy

Here is a table runner I made from some of the upholstery samples I had in my collection.  All I had to do was cut them to size and sew them end to end.

As you can tell my table needs redone BAAAAAADLY.  But I didn't have time this fall so it is going to wait until spring. 

That is why I decided I needed something bright and fun (to distract me from my ugly table)  Sew I sewed the pieces together and then attached a very thin batting and put a back on it.  It probably took about an hour, and I love it.
