Sew Easy-
1-you need 1 piece 24"x45"
    1 piece 12"x45"
2-Sew the two fabrics with long sides together making a tube.
3-Lay it flat and the back side will wrap around the front for a border.
4- Fold lengthwise with right sides together.
5-Sew the ends together
6-Turn and flatten it out to see the point. 
Done!
