Darling Denim and Ribbon Skirt. (about 1 hour to make)

Here is a darling skirt for little girls.  I just used the bottom sections of the legs of a pair of men's jeans that had been cut off for capri's. I cut them each open on one side then sewed the two together and put elastic in the waist.  Then I serged around the bottom and then sewed strips of ribbon on the bottom.  It took less than an hour to make this and it surely made my little granddaughter happy!
